Did you know that…? Bananas are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals including potassium and magnesium and vitamin B6 and C, keeping muscles and nerves healthy. This fruit is an excellent antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Oats are cereals with a high biological and energy value, highly digestible, they are an excellent source of fibres, iron proteins, zinc manganese and B group vitamins.
