Delivery address

• It is advisable to specify a contact number where a person is present.
• The address provided must be unique and not indicate to the courier a second delivery in the event of a possible absence.
• The name of the person or company, recipients of the shipment, must coincide with that shown on the intercom.
• Delivery to a specific floor will not be made.
• You can request goods in storage.

I have received my order. What should I check?

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer must check:

• the number of boxes is the same as reported in the invoice;
• the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered even in the closing materials (tape / metal hoops).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars thereof, must be immediately notified, by putting specific “Written reservation of control” on the proof of delivery courier and communicated within 7 days with registered mail with return receipt to Guidolin Gianni, Via Carturo n°58, 35016 Piazzola sul Brenta (Padova) Italy, and to the courier.

Even if the packaging is intact, goods have to be checked within seven days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document and it is also necessary to commence an anomaly procedure c/o Guidolin Gianni or by sending an email to info@guidolingianni.com

Is it possible to schedule a delivery?

We don’t schedule deliveries. It is not possible to establish delivery or an exact time.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed and paid before 9.00am are usually initialized in the same day and the delivery is carried out in timeframes depending on the destination country. Since shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or holidays they will be made on the following work day. Deliveries will be made during office hours throughout the day.

What are the delivery times and costs in Europe?

Does the order date differ from the shipment date?

The order date refers to the date on which the order was placed and confirmed on the website, whereas the shipment date refers to the date on which the goods were dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the carrier. Shipments may be delayed a few days using the method of payment by bank transfer due to the time required by the banking system to process payments.

How can I track the delivery status?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a sms (or email) will be sent by BRT courier confirming all shipping details.
