Pumpkin and rosemary: a tasty and healthy combo. Colourful and sweet, pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, in addition to offering a generous supply of mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus, potassium). Rosemary has antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It is rich in mineral salts (potassium, calcium and iron) and vitamin B6.
