We don’t like preservatives and when you buy a Guidolin Gianni’s feed, it will be produced fresh for you.
Our products have a clearly expiring date:
• HORSE FEED: maximum 6 months.
• PET FOOD: maximum 12 months.
However, we are convinced that our products will appeal so much to your beloved animals that they will finish them before their best before end date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and net of transport costs, which will be added based on the volume of goods ordered and the place of delivery. The transport costs shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Choose your products, fill the cart, confirm the order and in a few days the purchased products will be delivered directly to your home by Courier. Access the Shipping page to get all the information on delivery times and costs.
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, BRT courier will send you a sms (or email) confirming all shipping details.
Every purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of sophisticated technological and coding systems (SSL). Your data shall be used exclusively to process your order.
You can pay by:
• Credit card.
• Postepay and other prepaid cards.
• Bank Transfer.
• Cash on delivery is not allowed.

With Bank Transfer method, must be always indicate in the purpose of payment the number of the order and the name and surname of the person who did the order. The goods will be shipped only after the actual receiving of the payment. The choice of this payment could delay the sending of order by 2 to 3 days due to the banking system. Payment must be made within 10 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will automatically be canceled.
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars thereof, must be immediately notified, by putting specific “Written reservation of control” on the proof of delivery courier and communicated within 7 days with registered mail with return receipt to Guidolin Gianni, Via Carturo n°58, 35016 Piazzola sul Brenta (Padova) Italy, and to the courier.
The customer must ensure that the number of packages shown on the transport document is actually the same one delivered by the courier. If a package is visibly damaged and broken, it is necessary to write on the coupon to be signed “Damaged or broken package”. Failing that information, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund of the goods.
It is also important to know that:
• It is not possible to establish delivery or an exact time.
• Deliveries will be made during office hours throughout the day.
• It is advisable to specify a contact number where a person is present.
• The name of the person or company, recipients of the shipment, must coincide with that shown on the intercom.
• Delivery to a specific floor will not be made.
• The address provided must be unique and not indicate to the courier a second delivery in the event of a possible absence.
• You can request goods in storage.
You can request the cancellation of the order made or return the goods received. The request must be sent within 14 working days to email@example.com specifying:
• Order number
• Client’s name
• Name or product code (s)
In case of withdrawal, according to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/99, shipping costs are expected to be paid by the customer, the returned goods must be intact and in perfect condition, without signs of use and the original wrapping or packaging. The goods packaged accordingly must be sent to the address at their own expense: Guidolin Gianni, Via Carturo n°58, 35016 Piazzola sul Brenta (Padova) Italy.
We will not be responsible for the state of the goods returned at the time of delivery. Once the shipment is received, it will be examined and if considered compliant, the procedure for obtaining the refund will be initiated: a voucher note is provided in favor of the customer which can be used again to make new purchases on the site www.guidolingianni.com. Alternatively, it will be possible to request a refund of the full value of the returned goods by bank transfer to the current account within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In the event that the customer refuses or does not collect goods that have already been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded except for the shipping and return costs. The amount withheld will be communicated to the customer according to the contractual conditions between Guidolin Gianni and BRT courier based on the weight of the goods transported.
